Klagetoh Navajo
rugs are from Klagetoh, Arizona. Klagetoh means in Navajo, "water
underneath." What makes a Klagetoh rug different from other
rugs in the area is the color of the Klagetoh rug. Klagetoh rugs
have a grey or tan background. In the center of the rug is a
diamond that has black, red, and or white borders around the
center diamond. Like a Ganado Red Navajo rug, the Klagetoh rug
uses simple geometric shapes. |
